Sharing your experience, privately
Many business owners who come to us were hesitant to ask for help. Honest reviews from people who’ve been through it make that first call easier for the next person.
If you’d like to share your experience, you can do it without including personal or business details in your review. This page shows how.
Writing a review is always optional
You are never required to leave a review. Whether you write one or not, and whatever you say, it has no effect on your program, your case manager or how we handle your account.
Choose how your name appears
Trustpilot shows a display name on each review, and you can choose what it says. A first name, initials or a nickname are all fine.
- Before posting, check the name shown on your Trustpilot profile. You can change it in your profile settings.
- If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, your account name may be filled in automatically. Check it before you submit.
- Your email address is not shown publicly on your review. Don’t include it in the review text.
What to leave out
You don’t need to include any of these, and we’d rather you didn’t:
- Your business name or location
- The names of your lenders or funders
- Debt amounts, settlement figures or payment details
- Account or case numbers
What helps other business owners
A few honest sentences about your experience is plenty. If you’re not sure where to start, you might mention:
- How it was working with your case manager
- Whether the process was explained clearly
- How well we kept you updated
- What you’d tell another owner thinking about reaching out
Share what was good and what could have been better. Honest feedback, positive or not, is what makes reviews useful.
Prefer to tell us privately?
If you’d rather not post publicly, we’d still like to hear from you. Email us at info@berkshirefs.com or call (800) 801-1019, and your feedback will go to our client services team.
